I just wanted to write a quick post about the Farm the City London Food Festival that is happening this weekend. With the focus on good food and health \u2013 I think there might even be some yoga happening &#8211; be prepared for an inspirational start to your summer 2012 health kick.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\"> <!--more--><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\"> And if they&#8217;re not good enough reasons, I have one to top them all&#8230;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Come and meet me! From Scratch will be having a stall to help those of you who don&#8217;t plan to be too healthy, as I will be baking up a sample Crafternoon Tea, which includes some homemade lemonade. So come along and say hi. In addition later on in the afternoon I will be helping festival goers to whip up their own vegetable feast which we will be sitting down to eat at the end of the day. You&#8217;ve read the blog, you know it will be valuable entertainment at least!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">So if you are free on Saturday and in London come along, say hello, and we&#8217;ll eat cake.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">If not have great weekends and read all about the madness next week.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Exciting news for this weekend!
